Booking Policies and Requirements
New Customers:
It is required by South Carolina State Law that we must receive proof of rabies before we are able to preform grooming services. If you do not have a copy of this handy, please let us know and we will be more than happy to print one for you.
The average, base time it takes to groom a dog is between 3-4 hours. We promise to call and notify you 15 minutes prior to when your dog is ready to be picked up. Please do not show up before we call as it tends to lead to a longer stay. Thank you for your patience.
Payment
We accept cash, card (credit or debit) or check AT TIME OF PICKUP. Please do not pay at drop off as extra service may be required.
Cancellations/Late Fees
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of appointment. Cancelling in under 24 hours will require a payment of 35% of the service in order to book again. Anyone 30+ minutes late of an appointment will be considered a no-show, charged as a cancellation and will have to reschedule. Please do not call and cancel on days we are closed (Sunday and Monday) as we will not accept this as a proper cancellation.
Pick-up
